All our pilates classes are held in a friendly and relaxed environment for clients of all ages and physical abilities at our pilates clinic in Naas or from the comfort of your own home with our online pilates zoom classs. We offer a range of options depending on your needs and preferences.
Pilates is a series of exercises which focus on building strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. It creates core stability by engaging the deep abdominal muscles. Our pilates classes are aimed at challenging your core at a level that is appropriate for you.

After 7 years of attending Pilates classes with Kishan I think it’s safe to say I must love them! Long story: Three years after a “slipped disc” and a lot of pain I eventually started Pilates. Improvement was gradual and steady and I was much better within a year. The only reason I keep going is Kishan and his style of teaching. After 12 years, we’ve never done the same class twice, it is always interesting. His courses are well structured with alternating emphasis on strength and flexibility for the core, arms and legs.
Everyone gets knocks and bangs, Kishan remembers and advises on alternatives to the exercise so you don’t exacerbate an injury. He really enjoys teaching and that comes across even though the class may be hard, there is plenty of fun. Pilates gets you fit for life, it gave me my life back and for that I am very grateful to Kishan and his approach.
Kishan has also treated me with Physio after various injuries; he is very thorough, kind and generous with his knowledge and advice. You know you are in good hands – yes, I’ll do those knee exercises now….
